To put it briefly, after the birth of my second daughter, I was experiencing unexplained, severe bloating, and found myself bedridden for three months. My road to recovery began when I was able to look outside the standard of health (sick) care box, and put the many different pieces to the puzzle of my health back together.

Now I know my body’s triggers, (enjoy buying jeans without worrying if they can stretch to the hourly fluctuating size of my belly), spend quality time with my children and family without worrying if I will have the energy to last all day, or guilt and confusion about what I should and should not be eating, and I can’t wait to help you do it too!
